The illustrations were adorable and although short Anthony has managed to take the story of LeBron, complete with his difficult journey to the NBA, and make it engaging for a younger audience! The illustrations were adorable and although short, none of the story was spared. This book would be GREAT for LeBron fans or parents who want to encourage their children to continue to push and succeed -- not allowing their current circumstances to determine their fate!Great job, Anthony!My grandson loved it. My grandson loved it....big fan of LaBron James. But, it gave him little tidbits of information on LaBron that the other kids didn't know. That is a big deal in the universe of an 8-year-old!I Had No Idea I'm not an avid sports fan. I love sports, but I'm not a fanatic. I can't tell you stats about each player or where they grew up. So, when I had the chance to read this book, I said why not? I learned many things about LeBron James that I never knew. And the best part was that it was highlighted by both illustrated drawings and actual pictures from his life. The incorporation of real and fantasy, in terms of the pictures, really got my attention. I felt like it was more than just a book but an actual peak into his life growing up.
